Susan Piescik

Susan Piescik is certified in Spiritual Direction from the Spiritual Life Center in Hartford, CT. She has also received additional training in group spiritual direction from the Shalem Institute in Washington, D.C., and from Dr. Roslyn Weiner, author of “Seeking in the Company of Others: The Wisdom of Group Spiritual Direction.” For 30 years, Susan has explored the intersection of the mystery of the human person and the mystery of God. She has done this by implementing the contemplative, Montessori-based Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, and training adults in this method. Throughout her personal and professional life, including her work as a retired educational audiologist, Susan has parented or accompanied individuals living with a disability.
