Lisa Hastings
A longtime member of the Boston College (BC) community, Lisa has served as a spiritual director at BC and St. Ignatius Parish in Chestnut Hill, MA for over a decade. Her ministerial work in those settings has included facilitating the one-credit course “Spiritual Formation for Ministry” at the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry, facilitating on-line courses for the Church in the 21st Century Center, and providing spiritual direction for students and staff through Campus Ministry and the Center for Ignatian Spirituality.
Her spiritual direction practice is grounded in Ignatian Spirituality and the commitment to spiritual conversation as a rich component of ongoing discernment. Lisa holds a master’s degree in theology and ministry and a post-master’s certificate in Spiritual Formation from the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry, as well as advanced training in Christian contemplative practices and in giving the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola in the 19th Annotation format.

Payment:
Directees will pay Lisa directly for each session. Rates and payment will be coordinated between the director and directee.
Please consider an additional offering of $10-$25 per session to cover the operational and administrative costs of the Center for Spiritual Direction.
